Frequently Asked Questions
Q. What are the
rates for your services?
A. As each
physician's office is unique and our services are customized to fit your
needs, we cannot establish pricing until we learn more about your practice
and your special needs. There is a free Practice Analysis on our
contact page for you to put your information.
That is our tool in determining the proper prices for services you may need.
Please take a moment to complete this form. We
answer all quote requests within 24 hours and most are much sooner.
Q. Can you do more
than process my claims?
A. We are a Full Practice Management Billing
Center with a variety of services to enable your staff to attend to more important issues. Review our
Services Page for more information.

do you need to do our billing?

Q.
How will I get my information to you?
A.
There are several ways to get your information to our office: the U.S. Mail,
Courier Service, or our toll free fax. But faxing to our office is free and
comes into a confidential office.
Q. Sending my
billing out of my office makes me a little uncomfortable, what can you do to
ease my mind about this?
A. Everything new makes us feel uneasy at
first, like hiring a new employee.
How many
times have you had a biller not work out for lack of experience or
education? Look
at the benefits of outsourcing your billing. Keep the costs down-no benefits
or raises to pay. Your billing service stays educated at their expense to
stay ahead of the competition and their main goal is to serve their clients.
No more employee turnover! No more training! Our company comes complete with
proven experience in the insurance field and years of experience in
confidential settings. We have a compliance manual and signed contracts on
how your work will be accomplished. Wouldn't that be a better feeling?
Q. Where will my
payments go?
A. You are still in
control of your money as you always have been. Payments are sent directly to
you and you can immediately deposit them. You then forward copies of the
EOB's to us for payment posting.
Q. We are not in
same state; can you still do our billing?
A. Absolutely!
Modern technology has paved the way. With faxing, email and remote access,
Homestead Professional Billing is ready to do your billing from anywhere in
the United States! Call us today! or complete our
